Thank heavens we can say farewell to two planetary retrogrades as Mercury and Saturn have recently gone direct. Their forward movement bodes well for complex issues flowing in a more harmonious direction and difficulties being resolved or becoming less intense. The zodiac wheel turns bringing opportunities for travel, forward movement, new choices, and conscious evolution. Mother Earth is celebrating by dancing with the wind and playing hide and seek with those who walk with an open-heart on her meandering paths. Connecting with your inner silence and sensing the nurturing she gives brings tangible bounty into view. This last full moon of the year (in Gemini) is the brightest you’ll see in a more than a decade as its light waves farewell to 2025 and illuminates new views of pathways to 2026.

If you’re experiencing the unexpected, Uranus may an influencing factor. From now through Feb. 3 2026, it is retrograde (the celestial appearance of backward motion). Astrologically, its potentially yin or yang influence is known to awaken the “dawning light on reformed beginnings, meaningful ventures, intuition, and positive growth…” (quote from Stars, Cards, and Stones). But its present backward direction may trigger unexpected events and challenging solutions to old problems such as riots or demonstrations or hassles with rejuvenation procedures such as face lifts gone wrong. Sometimes called Herschel, it has the reputation of influencing karmic directions and altering frequencies in the space that someone considers their private, psychic comfort zone. Not to be taken lightly, one of its primary duties is removing chains of oppression and modifying the annoyances caused by other’s dissatisfaction.
Uranus co-rules (with Jupiter) the Sun sign Aquarius, (the zodiacal humanitarian) and the 11th house on the zodiacal wheel that is linked with community affairs and friendships. It is the planetary sign of the rebel, teenage rebellion, breakthroughs or break-ups and a sudden impulsiveness to protect those who appear to be under the weather or abused by other’s wrong doings.
Not surprisingly, Uranus rules the Tarot card the Fool, (expect the unexpected) and through this major arcana card numbered zero, it’s planetary attributes are considered favorable for increasing “in the now” communications. Key to this card’s interpretation are the phrases “rebel without a cause,” “don’t hold me down,” and the words “unconventional” and “sudden change.”

It’s a good time to celebrate Libras, life, and love. Why Libras? Cause it’s their birthday time. Why life? Cause you’re blessed to have one! Why love? Because Libra rules the zodiac seventh house of partnerships, marriage, and other heartfelt commitments and when the Sun sits in Libra, it streams increasing light to help you see how to best navigate to where your happiness lies. We all seem to need a bit more happiness. PS…I’m a Libra and I surely love to drink from overflowing cup of happiness whenever it’s offered. I’m sure you do too.

January 2nd–New Moon in Capricorn.
The perfect time for New Year’s resolutions and setting intentions for making this your best year ever.
Gayatri Ma, her image above, symbolizes the feminine power of strength, compassion, and healing. She looks in three directions watching over her children. In these trying Covid times, she’s an auspicious image to behold. Her mantra is a universal prayer for helping us connect with her all-seeing wisdom, compassion, and protection:

Sensing our heart’s truth, listening to its message, and taking “right action” is key to staying connected with our inner-healer and renewing, positive energy. Especially in times of confusion or dubt, listen to the feelings in your heart, and you’ll experience a greater sense of clarity.
As we begin this new year it’s hard to ignore that we’re moving through a global transformation. Surely, its accompanying uncertainties can be unsettling at times, but collectively we’re evolving. It can help us have a better sense of our personal situations if we can shed the “snake skin” of the past and trust our experiences. If we believe it or not, we’re all involved in bringing into existence a better planetary alignment.

Oracle Guide/Chakra Light Worker/Tarot Coach

Pet psychics, or cat, dog, or horse whisperers, have an “uncatty” ability to see or hear the thoughts of animals. Some believe that they communicate with an animal by sensing the symbols or pictures that it holds in its mind. With trust in their intuition, a pet psychic will know what an animal is thinking. Or, perhaps an animal will act in a certain way and it gives the reader “a sign”.
Pet owners will often reach out to animal psychics when they’re searching for answers about their furry friends that aren’t explainable by normal means. Some psychics make a very good living with this talent, especially if they take good care of their client’s needs and have positive interactions with their animal.
If you’re curious and think that you’d like to become an animal psychic, have fun and give it a try. When you see a nearby animal, try to sense what it’s feeling. You can intuitively send it a question and see how the animal responds. Or, next time when you visit a zoo, stand in a protected stance near the lion’s cage. Look with your mind’s eye and experiment with communicating intuitively with this magnificent beast. Don’t act anxious or surprised if it tells you that it hopes to eat you for dinner.
